Freight for bulky and heavy gear
Some product simply won't fit a van. Cable drums, switchboards, cable tray, conduit and large enclosures move by freight (commonly palletised), which adds a lead time and a freight charge. For anything heavy or oversized, plan ahead and ask the branch to quote freight and a delivery window rather than expecting it on the next local run.
Same-day dispatch
A handful of branches and banners offer same-day dispatch: your order ships the same day if it's in before the cut-off. It's genuinely useful when a job's running over, but it isn't universal, so treat it as a per-branch thing to confirm rather than assume. Each branch's listing shows the services it advertises.
